Wedding Home Page

Art Campbell and Betsy Fitzgerald Percoski were handfasted and married November 1, 2008 at The Fruitlands in Harvard, Massachusetts! We created this website for our guests. The day was as wonderful as we had hoped, including a late arrival of the sun, shining on our ceremony. We were happy to share the day with so many of the important people in our lives.

Handfasted & Married

Handfasted & Married

A wedding toast to Betsy, from Art:

I vow you the first cut of my meat, the first sip of my wine,
from this day it shall be only your name I cry out in the night
and into your eyes that I smile each morning;
I shall be a shield for your back as you are for mine,
nor shall a grievous word be spoken about us,
for our marriage is sacred between us and no stranger shall hear my grievance.
Above and beyond this, I will cherish and honor you through this life and into the next.

Betsy is happy to announce: In recognition of this new exciting time in her life, she has changed her name to Betsy Fitzgerald-Campbell.

NEW: Watch for photos and  more — and please tell us where the wishing penny ended up. If you don’t know what we’re talking about, take another closer look at the invite–there is a small black envelope with a red heart seal–open it and you’ll find the wishing penny.  We hope you will take it someplace special and tell us about it. See the “penny” page!

Late news:  We are very sad to report that Niles, our small dog friend who became our wedding mascot, passed away four days before the ceremony after losing a heroic battle with kidney disease. He is missed. His equal will never be among us again.

Please sign in to the Guestbook below, and make use of the comment boxes on the pages.

Chat, blog, drop a few pithy lines or some profound musing. A haiku would not be amiss … we’re writers and we love it all.

And be sure to visit the Penny Page to share your wishing penny’s adventure!

  1. Site looks great very cool idea, you’d be all set if you want to set up a web design company too! Can’t wait till the wedding, will write more later, I’m still exploring the wonders of your site.

  2. The ceremony sounds enthralling. I like everything on this site especially the hay major which I unfortunately missed for another herbologic (look it up) interest. Your site is beautiful.

  3. Forty-two days of anticipatory excitement to go! We are excited (the one time I am sure I can speak for myself and my family) to anticipate and participate with you!
This website is like the two of you, creative, complex and expansive. Thank you for all that you have already created. Love, Carol

  5. I am totally loving this site!!!! It is beautiful and wonderful and FUN! And any anxiety I had about this fandango is GONE, because I know what to expect (kinda) AND I am having fun already, and looking forward to different stuff, and it will be easier to speak with Your Public now, won’t be starting at the beginning. SO I thank you for all the information and the beauty and EVEN getting to know you better. I share your JOY.
